The Sales Process - My Succes Formula

This process, called the sales process, is the whole situation from the moment that a product is introduced, to the moment you have paid and received it. In that process it is quite difficult to understand why a customer buys something from you, or why they don't.

By writing this article I want to give you my vision on how the customer decides to buy, from the introduction troughout the payment. I want to help you understand the mind of the standard customer, so you can use your new knowledge for making your business more profitable.

I want to introduce you to my formula, it is the winning formula that boosts the profits of my websites everytime I use it. This very formula is: Pw(T) + Pa + Pb = $$$

In this formula, Pw(T) stands for the pre-selling. By writing (w) good articles, newsletters etcetera, you build trust (T) with your customers. They know that you deliver good information and great products, so they are more likely to buy anything from you.

The next part, Pa stands for Product. You got to have a product that is highly in demand at your targeted market. You need to have a specific market that wants your product, and you need to reach this market with your articles and products.

Final part is Pb, which is the part of the formula I alter sometimes for testing purposes. Pb here stands for the price of the product. You need to have an attractive price to market your products with. It needs to be high enough to get any Return-On-Investment (ROI), and it needs to be competitive with the other companies in your niche.

Now you have Cash!

Actually this very process is much more complicated, but I have written this down into a simple formula that works for me. The only thing I have to do is write good information, reach my target market with it, and they will eventually buy from me.

However there is another secret in which you can use this formula! Here is that little secret formula: ( Pw(T) + Pa + Pb ) x U = U x $$$

U here stands for Upsell. That is the secret of multiplying your income as easy as 1,2,3!

Upselling is used quite often by the best marketers of the world, they can reach deep into their customers wallets to get a lot of money out of it. The only thing they do is create better and more expensive products, and sell them to their existing customers.

The marketer knows that the customers always wants more when he is happy with a previous product. So now he contacts him about a more expensive product. Then an even more expensive product.

Let me give you an example:

Mr. G buys an eBook about web development for $19 from Company N.
Company N does it's best to help Mr. G with any questions.
Company N offers a suite of software for web development at $129, to Mr. G
Mr. G buys the software suite.

Now you get it? Buy keeping the customer satisfied, you transform him into a returning customer. And a returning customer always means more cash!
